Bobbi Kristina Brown (March 4, 1993 - July 26, 2015) was an African-American reality T.V. personality, actress & singer.
Bobbi Kristina was bought into the spotlight at an early age. Some of her notable first appearance included her mother's 1993 Interview with Barbara Walters Another notable appearance is Bobbi Kristina on stage with Whitney accepting her awards at the American Music Awards 1994. One of the first projects Bobbi Kristina worked on with her mother was for the song My Love Is Your Love, she can be be heard saying "Sing Mommy" which can be heard at the beginning of the song and "Clap your hands" at the end of the song. In an interview, Whitney stated that Bobbi Kristina suggested that she wanted to work on this song because she wanted to be a singer, and when her mother brought her to the recording studio and held her up to the microphone she said "sing mommy". Bobbi Kristina also worked on Whitney's Christmas album in 2003 in the song "A Little Drummer Boy".
Bobbi Kristina's childhood can be characterized as rough because of it being filled with the existence of paparazzi, and also with Bobby and Whitney's drug use. In 2005, Bobbi Kristina was featured in her father's reality TV show "Being Bobby Brown" which depicted the the lives of her parents. In 2007, her father and mother divorced and her mother was given custody of Bobbi Kristina and her father was awarded the right to visit.
On February 11, 2012, Whitney passed away at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills California U.S. Her death was ruled as accidental drowning with heart disease and cocaine utilization recorded as contributing components. The day before the incident, Bobbi Kristina was said to had almost drowned in the same bathtub but her mother came to rescue her. Prior to her mom's death, Bobbi Kristina was said to be in a distraught state and was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. A month prior to her mother's death a reality show featuring Bobbi Kristina was beginning to be filmed The name of the film is The Houstons: On Our Own and it featured The Houston family as they move on from the death of Whitney.
