The Bodyguard is a 1992 moving staring Whitney and Kevin Costner The producer of the film is Mick Jackson and it was first written by Lawrence Kasdan in the 1970s. The show achieved the acclaim of being the 2nd highest grossing film of 1992 and its soundtrack is the biggest selling Movie soundtrack of all time.
Accepting The Role[]
Whitney was called by Costner to start filming in 1990. She was not sure if she was going to accept the role saying in a statement: "This was either going to make me or break me". She eventually accepted the role and because she was on the I'm Your Baby Tonight Tour in 1991, the show was set a year.
